Licence
Text on Tilcayo Cats is available under the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International licence (CC BY-SA 4.0). By editing, you agree to release your contributions under that licence. Anyone may reuse the text, including commercially, if they credit Tilcayo Cats and its contributors, link to the licence and share changes under the same terms.
Attribution of imported text
Much of the text came from the English Wikipedia, which is also CC BY-SA. Each import is credited on its attribution record and explained at Attribution. When you copy text between pages here, say where it came from in the edit summary, for example "copied from [[Page name]]; see its history for attribution". Don't remove attribution notices.
Don't copy
- Don't paste text from websites, books, press releases or anywhere else, even with a citation and even if the source says it is free to use, unless it is clearly under a compatible licence (CC BY-SA, CC BY or public domain) and credited.
- Don't closely paraphrase: changing a few words or reordering sentences is still copying. Read the source, then write in your own words.
- Short quotations are allowed when they are needed, in quotation marks, with a citation. The quotation in a citation's
quote=field should be the shortest extract that supports the claim. - AI-written text must not reproduce its sources or other copyrighted text (see TC:AI).
Infringing text is removed, its revisions hidden, and the page deleted if nothing else is left (TC:DEL, D3).
Images and media
Tilcayo Cats does not host images, sound or video, and file uploads are switched off. Images in imported articles were removed or never imported. There is no non-free content.
Trade marks
The Tilcayo Cats name and wordmark are not covered by CC BY-SA. The wordmark is always set in Times New Roman.
