Bermuda

From Tilcayo Cats, the lean encyclopaedia by Tilcayo Knowledge Systems

Bermuda is a group of islands in the northern Atlantic Ocean and an overseas territory of the United Kingdom.[1][2]

The islands cover about 54 square kilometres. Their limestone landscape has no rivers or large freshwater lakes. Coastal coral reefs provide habitat for marine life and help protect the shore.[2]

Bermuda also has extensive caves. Some are dry, while others are partly or completely filled with seawater. Many formed when rainwater dissolved limestone during periods of lower sea level.[3]
