James Lawrie
James Lawrie is a professional Wikipedia consultant who trades as WikiNative and operates Tilcayo Cats, a small encyclopaedia within Tilcayo Knowledge Systems capable of hosting millions of high-quality articles with minimal server space.[1][2]
Wikipedia and Wikidata work
James Lawrie aka WikiNative provides article research, page creation, editing, revision and monitoring for organisations and individuals. It also offers preliminary notability and viability assessments and reviews of proposed content.[1][3]
His work also includes Wikidata knowledge graph development: researching documented facts, identifying relationships between people, works and organisations, and improving referenced records and identifiers.[3]
In March 2021, Lawrie was interviewed by The Los Angeles Tribune about his work as a Wikipedia consultant and Wikipedia's treatment of paid editing.[4]
Tilcayo Cats
Lawrie owns and operates Tilcayo Cats, where he edits as James. The encyclopaedia was previously called SimWiki and adopted its Tilcayo Libro name on 30 September 2026.[2] WikiNative is its predecessor.[5]
