Tilcayo Cats Original: editorial record

Local assessment: Start-Class. This is a Tilcayo editorial assessment, not a Wikipedia award or an independent audit.

The requested title and the comma-title variant identify the same 1812 pamphlet. The 1890 reprint title pages, bibliography pp. 27–28, advertisement, original text pp. 1–7 and 18–22 were inspected; the intervening text and the entire scholarly literature were not reviewed. Primary arguments are expressly attributed to Shelley. Fitzgibbon’s 2014 museum essay supplies modern context and a clearly attributed criticism, not a claimed scholarly consensus. No unsupported causal influence on later movements is asserted. Exact first-publication day and print run are omitted. This is a sourced introduction, not a comprehensive critical account or B-Class award.

Original prose written from the inspected references, 10 October 2026. The saved literary list supplied research leads, not prose. Role: Requested literary work. This is a bounded initial account, not a claim that the literature has been exhausted.

Preserve this Original at every grade. Grade or length alone must not trigger deletion, blanking, imported replacement, redirection away or regeneration. Improve the existing account with supported material. See TC:Originals preservation policy, TC:Literary works/Coverage record and TC:Originals preservation register.
