The following points about this article's sources still need checking:

• Thin: only five Brock and Mackay notes support this article; most of it rests on Young.
• Brock: cited as 1992 (Fontana Press), but the text read and the ISBN are from the 2012 ePub edition; decide which to cite. No page numbers, so it is cited by chapter and section (|at=).
• Mackay, Mackay and Henderson: edition conflict (the cover says 6th edition; the copyright page lists editions only up to the 5th, 1996). The ebook has no page numbers, so it is cited by chapter and section (|at=).
• Young et al.: the year is printed as (c) 2018 but Print Year 2017 (Perlego says 2017); 2018 is cited. No edition statement is printed.
• All publication places (|location=) were taken from the notes' metadata and have not been checked against the title pages.
• The category Category:Chemistry has not been checked against the live wiki.
• All notes cited are marked 'Not checked' against the printed book.
