Research notes and checks (23 October 2026)

The following points about this article's sources still need checking:

  • Urone note 22 is deliberately not used (its 'solar neutrinos' wording conflicts with Halliday). How carbon-14 is formed comes from Halliday p. 1060 only.
  • Boeker and van Grondelle: the ePub has no printed page numbers, so it is cited by chapter and section (|at=). A print copy is needed for page numbers.
  • Halliday et al. (2021): the copyright page prints no ISBN (the cited one is from Perlego only); the year is 2021 on the copyright page but 2020 in Perlego; and the title ('Fundamentals of Physics' vs 'Halliday's Fundamentals of Physics') needs checking on the title page. No Halliday quotations are used, because the reader dropped ligatures and symbols.
  • Urone and Hinrichs: 2017 is cited with orig-date 2012; please confirm.
  • Weart: the reader shows 'CO 2' with a space; it is written as CO2 and needs checking against the printed page. Only chapters 1–2 (in part) were read.
  • All publication places (|location=) were taken from the notes' metadata and have not been checked against the title pages.
  • The category Category:Physics has not been checked against the live wiki.
  • All notes cited are marked 'Not checked' against the printed book.
