Tilcayo Cats Original: editorial record

Local assessment: Start-Class. This is a Tilcayo editorial assessment, not a Wikipedia award or an independent audit.

Directly necessary deceased-author support. Birth 9 August 1631 and death 1 May 1700 verified in Westminster Abbey’s historical record; the erroneous 1632 on the memorial was distinguished from the documented date. University of Toronto source confirms the two separate Cecilia poems. Basic life and selected works only; criticism, translations and literary reception need expansion. No new organisation account or image.

Original prose written from the inspected references, 10 October 2026. The saved literary list supplied research leads, not prose. Role: supporting deceased author. This is a bounded initial article, not a claim that the literature has been exhausted.

Preserve this Original at every grade. Grade or length alone must not trigger deletion, blanking, imported replacement, redirection away or regeneration.
