Dating the maintenance tags
There are a bunch of [citation needed] and [citation needed] tags scattered through the lists with no dates on them. We should really date them all so that the As of {{{1}}}[update] templates and bot sweeps can do their thing properly. Any thoughts on a good way to tackle this systematically? Maybe a bot request? - I suggest adding the dates manually for the oldest tags first, as this would let the bots act sooner. If a source shows when each tag was added we could script it, but otherwise a bot request might overcomplicate things.
