Tilcayo Cats Original: editorial record

Local assessment: Start-Class. This is a Tilcayo editorial assessment, not a Wikipedia award or an independent audit.

Directly necessary deceased-author support for A Serious Proposal to the Ladies. Life dates 1666–1731 and death explicitly checked in Project Vox and Stanford. Concise life and writing, without an unsupported portrait, precise move date or assumption that she personally ran the school. Wider philosophical system, political context and reception need fuller treatment. Start-Class; no living-person or organisation exception.

Original prose written from the inspected references, 10 October 2026. The saved literary list supplied research leads, not prose. Role: supporting deceased author. This is a bounded initial article, not a claim that the literature has been exhausted.

Preserve this Original at every grade. Grade or length alone must not trigger deletion, blanking, imported replacement, redirection away or regeneration.
