The following points about this article's sources still need checking:

• The article gives no health advice. Diseases and treatments are not named as products; no named drugs or vaccines.
• Carter note 32 is a partial quotation and is used as a paraphrase only.
• Zedalis notes 2 and 27 are 'Exact quotation (with paraphrase)' notes; only the words in quotation marks are exact.
• Carter and Saunders: several ISBNs appear on the copyright page; the paperback 978-1-119-99142-7 is cited. Printed page = Perlego page − 32.
• Wessner et al.: the ISBN comes from Perlego only; some pages (notes 8, 9, 23, 26) were inferred from nearby running headers.
