This template marks an article that was rated Featured article on English Wikipedia before it was imported. It shows a small label at the top right: "Rated Featured article on English Wikipedia; not yet reviewed on Tilcayo Cats". It adds the article to the hidden Category:Imported English Wikipedia featured articles. It does not add any local featured-article category.
The template only shows in articles (main namespace). Elsewhere it outputs nothing. Any old top-icon parameters are ignored, so existing pages do not break. Use nocat=yes to stop the category.
An article that passes a real local review at Tilcayo Cats:Featured article candidates gets {{Tilcayo featured}} instead.
