Performing the second AfD step on behalf of enwiki contributor as requested at Wikipedia talk:Articles for deletion § Can the following articles be nominated as a bundle. I have no opinion on the actual proposal and won't watch this discussion.

[...] My rational is basically that its borderline WP:SPAM we do not need such articles for every single year. It also does not meet WP:GNG, and WP:NEVENT because the sources are strictly routine local announcements and bare directories of winners (WP:ROUTINE).
