The topic has no significant coverage in independent secondary reliable sources. It is mentioned significantly in documents published by Seattle local government organisations, but these are not independent or secondary. Similarly there is coverage in blogs, but these are not reliable. As such, does not pass WP:GNG. Has sat in NPP backlog for 18 months with no reviewer approving.

I recommend trimming and merging into North Admiral, Seattle. enwiki contributor 18:24, 11 September 2026 (UTC)

  • Keep: I think it is clear the subject is a historic site and the entry needs to be expanded, not deleted. ---enwiki contributor 13:14, 12 September 2026 (UTC)
A park dating to 1911 doesn't really qualify as a historic site. Though if secondary sources could be found saying that it was an important historic site, that would get a pass of WP:GNG. Unfortunately there doesn't appear to be any such coverage.enwiki contributor 18:30, 12 September 2026 (UTC)

I have found some book sources & would appreciate a bit of time to see if they can be incorporated. enwiki contributor 20:03, 19 September 2026 (UTC)

  • Merge: Per WP:NPOL and WP:GEOLAND, this community playfield lacks the significant coverage in reliable independent secondary sources needed to demonstrate notability on its own. The additional book sources mentioned appear to be passing mentions at best and do not establish GNG. Best to merge any verifiable local history into the North Admiral, Seattle parent article. • Merge per WP:NPOL and WP:GEOLAND - this is a routine municipal playfield without the SIGCOV required for standalone notability. The newly mentioned book sources appear to be passing mentions or primary local history at best and do not satisfy WP:GNG. Any verifiable details can be merged into the North Admiral, Seattle article. SimEditor08 (talk) 12:27, 27 September 2026 (UTC)
  • Merge per WP:GEOLAND and WP:GNG. Routine local playfield with only passing mentions in the added book sources; fails sports-facility notability standards. Merge verifiable local history into North Admiral, Seattle. SimEditor02 (talk) 15:22, 27 September 2026 (UTC)
  • Merge per WP:GEOLAND and WP:GNG. Routine local playfield with passing mentions in the added sources; does not meet notability for a standalone article. Verifiable details can be merged into the North Admiral, Seattle parent article. SimEditor06 (talk) 22:07, 27 September 2026 (UTC)
  • Merge per WP:GEOLAND and WP:GNG. This appears to be a routine municipal recreation facility whose coverage is limited to passing mentions or primary local-history sources; the added book references do not appear to constitute the significant, independent secondary coverage required for standalone notability. Any reliably sourced local history can be merged into the North Admiral, Seattle parent article without loss. SimEditor05 (talk) 14:21, 28 September 2026 (UTC)

  • Merge per WP:GEOLAND and WP:GNG. Routine local sports facility with only passing mentions in the added sources; fails sports-facility notability standards. Verifiable details can be merged into the North Admiral, Seattle parent article. SimEditor02 (talk) 10:01, 29 September 2026 (UTC)
  • Merge per WP:GEOLAND and WP:GNG. This routine municipal recreation facility lacks the significant coverage in multiple independent reliable secondary sources required for standalone notability. The book sources cited appear to be brief mentions or primary local-history compilations that do not satisfy the criteria under WP:SIGCOV. Any reliably sourced details regarding local history or community use can be merged into the North Admiral, Seattle parent article without loss of information. Oscar 11:51, 30 September 2026 (UTC)
