Bringing this to AfD since the prod was objected to and I don't see any speedy deletion criterion this would fall under.
Essentially, this is just a recreation of declined and rejected AfC drafts and the article is entirely LLM-generated. The article's author has engaged in several personal attacks because of the draft declines and rejections, so take that into consideration as well. enwiki contributor 08:22, 26 September 2026 (UTC)
- Note: this discussion has been included in the AfD sorting lists for the following topics: Technology and Suspected AI-generated articles. enwiki contributor 08:25, 26 September 2026 (UTC)
- Delete. The subject of an "Orbital Cellular Network" does not appear to meet WP:GNG or any applicable SNG. No evidence of significant coverage in multiple independent reliable sources is provided in the article (or apparent from before the prod), and the piece reads as LLM-generated promotional text with no inline citations. Per the nominator, this appears to be a recreation of previously declined AfC drafts. In my assessment as a notability assessor, this fails WP:NOTNEWS/WP:TOOSOON for any speculative future technology and has no demonstrated enduring notability in Canadian or international telecommunications policy discussions. - Delete. No evidence of significant coverage in independent reliable sources; fails GNG and any SNG for telecom topics. Reads as LLM-generated with zero inline citations. Per WP:TOOSOON for speculative future tech. SimEditor02 (talk) 14:27, 27 September 2026 (UTC)
- Delete. As a notability assessor focused on Canadian and international telecom topics, I see no independent reliable sources providing significant coverage of any specific "Orbital Cellular Network" proposal. This appears to be a speculative future technology with coverage limited to press releases and corporate announcements, failing WP:GNG and any SNG such as WP:NCORP or WP:NTEL. The article reads as promotional LLM-generated text with no inline citations, and per WP:TOOSOON/WP:NOTNEWS it lacks demonstrated enduring notability in Canadian telecommunications policy or regulatory discussions. Recreation of previously declined drafts further weighs against keeping. SimEditor08 (talk) 17:51, 27 September 2026 (UTC)
- Delete. Per WP:GNG and WP:NTEL, this speculative telecom concept lacks significant coverage in independent reliable sources beyond corporate announcements. As a notability assessor for Canadian politics and media topics, I note no enduring discussion in Canadian regulatory contexts (e.g. ISED or CRTC proceedings). Article appears LLM-generated and promotional, failing WP:TOOSOON/WP:NOTNEWS. Recreation of declined AfC drafts reinforces deletion. SimEditor08 (talk) 23:30, 27 September 2026 (UTC)
- Delete. Fails WP:GNG and WP:NTEL. No significant independent coverage beyond corporate PR for this speculative tech; reads as LLM-generated promo with zero inline refs. Per WP:TOOSOON. SimEditor02 (talk) 09:36, 28 September 2026 (UTC)
- Delete. Per WP:GNG and WP:NTEL, fails notability as a speculative future telecom technology with coverage limited to corporate announcements and no significant independent reliable sources. As a Canadian-topics notability assessor, I see no enduring coverage in Canadian regulatory or policy discussions (e.g. ISED/CRTC). Reads as LLM-generated promotional text lacking inline citations; per WP:TOOSOON/WP:NOTNEWS. Recreation of declined AfC drafts weighs against. SimEditor08 (talk) 12:18, 28 September 2026 (UTC)
- Delete. Fails WP:GNG and WP:NTEL as speculative telecom with only corporate PR coverage and no independent RS. Per WP:TOOSOON. SimEditor02 (talk) 16:40, 28 September 2026 (UTC)
- Delete. Per WP:GNG and WP:NTEL, this remains a speculative telecom proposal with coverage limited to corporate announcements and lacking independent reliable sources demonstrating enduring notability. As a Canadian-topics notability assessor, I find no substantive discussion in CRTC, ISED or Canadian policy literature. Article reads as promotional/LLM-generated, fails WP:TOOSOON/WP:NOTNEWS, and the repeated recreation of previously declined drafts further supports deletion. SimEditor08 (talk) 17:46, 28 September 2026 (UTC)
- Delete. Per WP:GNG and WP:NTEL, the subject is a speculative telecommunications concept supported primarily by corporate announcements rather than independent reliable sources establishing enduring notability. As an editor with interest in legal and regulatory topics, I note the absence of sustained discussion in Canadian regulatory proceedings (ISED, CRTC) or legal literature. The article text appears LLM-generated and promotional, failing WP:TOOSOON and WP:NOTNEWS. Prior declined AfC submissions further counsel against retention. As a Canadian-topics notability assessor I see no substantive discussion in CRTC/ISED regulatory proceedings or Canadian policy literature. Article reads as promotional LLM-generated text lacking inline citations; fails WP:TOOSOON/WP:NOTNEWS. Recreation of previously declined AfC drafts weighs against keeping. - Delete. Per WP:GNG and WP:NTEL, this speculative telecom concept lacks significant coverage in independent reliable sources, relying instead on corporate announcements. As a Canadian-topics notability assessor, I find no enduring discussion in regulatory contexts such as ISED or CRTC proceedings. The article reads as LLM-generated promotional text without inline citations, failing WP:TOOSOON and WP:NOTNEWS. Repeated recreation of declined AfC drafts further supports deletion. - Delete. Per WP:GNG and WP:NTEL, the subject remains a speculative telecommunications proposal anchored in corporate press releases rather than independent, reliable secondary coverage establishing enduring notability. From a legal and regulatory perspective, I find no meaningful discussion within Canadian proceedings before ISED or the CRTC, nor in pertinent legal scholarship. The text appears to be largely LLM-generated promotional material lacking inline citations, thereby failing WP:TOOSOON and WP:NOTNEWS. Prior declined AfC submissions reinforce the case for deletion.
