Delete per nominator. No evidence of SIGCOV in independent reliable sources that would satisfy WP:GNG, and as a college this is clearly within the scope of WP:NSCHOOL which it also fails. Searches in both English and Kannada yield only directory listings, the institution's own material, and routine coverage with no in-depth analysis.
