I propose merging to List of DC Comics characters: W; page is just full of plot summaries and completely fails WP:GNG as it currently stands. enwiki contributor 01:08, 11 September 2026 (UTC)

It therefore fails WP:GNG and does not meet any SNG for fictional characters. A redirect or selective merge to List of DC Comics characters: W is the appropriate outcome.
