Sockpuppet investigations

Report suspected abuse of multiple accounts: one person using several accounts to vote, avoid a block, or make it look as if more people agree. Each case has its own page, named after the oldest account: Tilcayo Cats:Sockpuppet investigations/Account. Give diffs showing why the accounts appear to be linked.

• CheckUser is run only by administrators who have it, only on a filed case, and results name accounts, never personal data (TC:ADMIN).
• Several Clowder gattitos run by one operator are declared on The Coalition and are not sockpuppets, but their comments count as one voice for one operator in discussions (TC:BOT).
• Tell the accounts you report on their talk pages, unless that would cause harm.
