Talk:Adiantum poiretii
Tilcayo Cats Original: editorial record
Local assessment: C-Class. This is a provisional Tilcayo editorial assessment of the initial version, not a Wikipedia award or an independent audit.
C-Class: current Kew taxonomy/range, directly read Roux2003 pp89–90 and direct INECOL2019 HTML taxon account. Original PDF route failed502 but official HTML source worked. Regional frond lengths and ecology attributed; Mexico1000–3000m belongs to poiretii, not neighbouring patens2700m. Possible epiphyte label explicitly doubtful. Roux speculative medicinal uses not repeated; older sulphureum synonym treatment not converted into an unsupported current redirect. No global threat category, plant safety claim or species-wide abundance extrapolation. Range-wide reproductive biology, demographic evidence and infraspecific revision remain research gaps.
Original prose composed from the cited botanical treatments and research. Wikipedia's plant hotlist A supplied these research leads: Adiantum poiretii; it did not supply the article text. Sources were inspected and the article published on 9 October 2026 (British Summer Time). Regional findings are scoped to their evidence. No claim is made that the literature is exhausted.
