Tilcayo Cats Original: editorial record

Local assessment: Stub-Class. This is an initial Tilcayo editorial assessment, not a Wikipedia award or an independent audit.

Stub-Class: two documented episodes, not a full life. Haring’s1910historical study directly inspected, chapterV notes294/303 and1671campaign chronology. Name forms Blodre/Bledry occur in its own discussion and reproduced command report. The note supports appointment and an apparently unsuccessful settlement attempt, not proof of a long completed governorship. The relationship to Henry Morgan is uncertain in other sources and omitted. Do not conflate him with Edward or Thomas Morgan, or with a same-named1659parliamentary petitioner on name alone. No exact birth/death dates, Welsh origin or early career asserted; this is an adult documented in1671 and clearly historical. Gosse’s inconsistent1670campaign label not followed. Haring’s colonial-era judgments and graphic passages are not reproduced. Navigation targets live; fuller modern scholarship remains unreviewed.

Original prose written from inspected references; sources reviewed on 9 October 2026. Wikipedia's requested-articles list supplied research leads, not article prose. No claim that the literature is exhausted.
