CS1 maintenance for citation templates

Regarding the references in the article (and the 2019 note above), several use deprecated or CS1-error-prone parameters (e.g. |accessdate= without matching |url=, bare |date= in news citations, and missing |title= in some web cites). I have tagged the article with {{cite web}} maintenance categories via {{CS1 maint}} where needed. Full cleanup would benefit from replacing primary resort-site sources with independent ^{[citation needed]} secondaries per WP:RS and WP:DEADREF. I suggest replacing the tagged primary resort-site sources with independent secondaries that meet TL:N. This would also clear the CS1 maint issues without relying on the subject's own material, per S2 and TL:RS.

I suggest addressing the primary sources first, as they conflict with TL:RS and S2. If independent, reliable secondary sources can be found that meet TL:N, they should replace the tagged resort-site citations to resolve both the maintenance issues and sourcing concerns.
