Template:Uw-dab
Information icon Thank you for your edit to a disambiguation page. However, please note that disambiguation pages are not articles; rather, they are meant to help readers find a specific article quickly and easily. From the disambiguation dos and don'ts, you should:
- Only list articles that readers might reasonably be looking for
- Use exactly one navigable link ("blue link") in each entry
- Only add a "red link" if used in existing articles, and include a "blue link" to an appropriate article
- Do not pipe links (unless style requires it) – keep the full title of the article visible
- Do not insert external links or references
- Use short sentence fragment descriptions, with no punctuation at the end
Thank you.

Usage
{{subst:Uw-dab}}{{subst:Uw-dab|Article}}references a specific article{{subst:Uw-dab|Article|Additional text}}adds text onto the end of the message instead of "Thank you"{{subst:Uw-dab||Additional text}}or{{subst:Uw-dab|2=Additional text}}also adds text onto the end of the message instead of "Thank you", but doesn't link a page as specified by the article.
Please remember to substitute the template using {{subst:Uw-dab}} rather than {{Uw-dab}}.
To customize your message, parameters are available; one to add the article name, and one to add additional text at the end of the message. If your param value contains an equal sign (as urls often do), then be sure to explicitly specify the positional parameter by number; i.e., use |1= or |2= followed by the value; e.g., |1=XYZ=Repainting, or |2=https://www.bbc.com/search?q=Kent+weather.
