Information icon Hello, Uw-usertalk. This is your user talk page; the purpose of this page is notification and communication with other Wikipedia editors. It is not a workspace for articles in progress or for self-promotion. Please use your user sandbox or the draft article space to practice editing or to create new articles. Thank you.

| File:Information icon4.svg | This template should always be substituted – use {{subst:Uw-usertalk}}. Any accidental transclusions will be automatically substituted by a bot. |
Usage
{{subst:Uw-usertalk}}{{subst:Uw-usertalk||Additional text}}or{{subst:Uw-usertalk|2=Additional text}}adds text onto the end of the message instead of "Thank you"
Please remember to substitute the template using {{subst:Uw-usertalk}} rather than {{Uw-usertalk}}.
To customize your message, a parameter is available to add additional text at the end of the message. If your param value contains an equal sign (as urls often do), then be sure to explicitly specify the positional parameter by number; i.e., use |1= or |2= followed by the value; e.g., |1=XYZ=Repainting, or |2=https://www.bbc.com/search?q=Kent+weather.
