Tilcayo Cats:Articles for deletion

Articles for deletion

Articles for deletion (AfD) is Tilcayo Cats's only deletion discussion, for any kind of page (TC:DEL). Most nominations are about notability: does the topic have at least three independent, reliable, secondary sources with significant coverage? Before nominating, search for sources yourself, and consider whether the page could be improved, cut down, merged or redirected. Clear-cut cases (vandalism, attack pages, copyright infringement, pure advertising) can be tagged for immediate deletion instead. To nominate a page:

Add {{subst:afd1}} at the top of the page.
Create Tilcayo Cats:Articles for deletion/Page name with a heading, a link to the page, your reason (which policy it fails and what you searched) and your signature.
Tell the page's creator on their talk page.

To comment, give a policy-based view (keep, delete, merge or redirect) and, where you can, the sources. Discussions run for seven days and are weighed on arguments, not numbers (TC:CON). Paid or connected editors must say so.
