Template:Uw-coi-ask
Information icon Hello, Uw-coi-ask. I noticed your recent work on the page Underwater basket weaving. Are you connected to anyone or anything (such as yourself, your friends and family, your workplace, or similar), either personally or professionally, you have written about there? If so, there are some rules that I need to inform you about. Please let me know. Thank you.

Usage
{{subst:Uw-coi-ask}}{{subst:Uw-coi-ask|Article}}references a specific article{{subst:Uw-coi-ask|Article|Additional text}}adds text onto the end of the message instead of "Thank you"{{subst:Uw-coi-ask||Additional text}}or{{subst:Uw-coi-ask|2=Additional text}}also adds text onto the end of the message instead of "Thank you", but doesn't link a page as specified by the article.- Strongly consider supplying a specific article they have worked on; unless the editor's recent edits are all about what you have concerns over.
Please remember to substitute the template using {{subst:Uw-coi-ask}} rather than {{Uw-coi-ask}}.
To customize your message, parameters are available; one to add the article name, and one to add additional text at the end of the message. If your param value contains an equal sign (as urls often do), then be sure to explicitly specify the positional parameter by number; i.e., use |1= or |2= followed by the value; e.g., |1=XYZ=Repainting, or |2=https://www.bbc.com/search?q=Kent+weather.
